Finding Flow is a concept that contains my ideas about training, exercise, health, creativity and community. Just as my ideas change and mature, the concept is constantly changing.
Finding Flow is intended to give practitioners a versatile insight into human movement, learning strategies, dealing with frustration, partner work and creative work with one’s own body. Didactic and methodical means are chosen, which give the practitioner space for individual trying out on the one hand and following technical instructions on the other hand.
Through content from disciplines such as gymnastics, yoga or circus arts, the practitioner should gain basic body control, strength and mobility.
Elements from acrobatics, dance or artistry train body awareness and offer scope for creativity and play. Individual techniques from various martial arts, parkour or athletics promote coordination, speed and precision. In addition, the practitioners are confronted with topics such as risk and fear management, whereby individual limits are always considered and respected. Everyone decides how far they want to go.
I teach this concept in individual and group lessons in Munich, day and full weekend seminars and via my Finding Flow Acrobatics online course.
